Whenever you’re a provider of administration platform solutions you routinely run into some degree of channel conflict. That said, when a platform player like WEX buys one of their largest clients it makes the rest of the world sit up and take notice.
WEX’s primary competitor, Alegeus, sent a notice to their partners that they were continuing to be, “…wholly focused on helping clients differentiate and win.”
So what does this mean for TPAs in general?
